Instructions

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the items without giving a reason. To do so, inform us clearly (e.g., via e-mail) before the 14-day period ends.

To cancel your order, write us (e.g., replying to the order confirmation e-mail), using this form:

For the return process, please send your order back to the return address provided in the Imprint.

Refund policy

Upon cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation. The refund will be processed using the original payment method, unless we agree otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the refund. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned products and verified their condition. Products must be returned in new, unused condition within 14 days from the day of cancellation notification. This deadline is considered met if you send the products before the 14-day period concludes. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products. If the products have diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain their condition, features, and functionality, you may be held accountable for that reduction in value.

Limitations

Cancellation is not possible for orders of personalized or custom-made products, where your specific choices or instructions are critical for production, or items uniquely tailored to your personal requirements.
